Rental Rules

• Adherence to Linden Lab’s Terms of Service: All renters must follow Linden Lab’s Terms of Service.

• Group Membership: Upon payment, join the Kingdom Land Group to prevent furniture from auto-returning. Ensure you have a Group Slot open. If you miss the invite, click your rental’s box and select “Resend Invite”.

• Support: Contact staff if there are any issues with your rental or the rental box.

• One Rental per Player: Each player is allowed only one rental. Rentals cannot be held or reserved for others.

• Prim Limits: Rentals must not exceed 100 LI (Land Impact). Objects must not exceed 2500kb in scripts; non-compliance will result in auto-return of items.

• Theme Requirements: Furniture and decor must fit the Medieval Fantasy theme. Gorean is permitted; Modern, Steampunk, and Sci-fi are not allowed.

• Rental Payment: Rent is due on time. A 48-hour grace period is provided, during which items are not returned. If payment is still not made after this period, the Renter will be removed from the Land Group and items will be auto-returned after three hours.

• Rental Exchange: Renters have the option to exchange their rental for another. To transfer the remaining rental time to the new space, contact an owner before making the change.
